User Testing Insights and Subsequent Enhancements in Our MR Experience

I conducted user testing and invited players to give feedback on my MR. According to my observations and interviews, first of all, the interactive space is limited, because players will run back and forth to get candles, and because the view in the room is very dark before the candles light the fire, it is difficult for players to find things in the room. Secondly, players are not satisfied with the interaction with snakes. Players think that snakes will scare them. I asked the players if they could understand the abilities of the immortals, and the feedback I got was that most of the elements generated after the abilities, such as medicines and food, can be interacted with later, such as food can interact with the fire, and players often miss one or two interactions with animals at will. For example, players grab the key and open the virtual doors and windows in advance and cannot experience the complete process. So I modified the ink painting, changing the flat ink painting to a fan-shaped ink painting, eager to give players more interactive space, and the ink painting also changed from suddenly appearing to a place where players make choices.
